No, you are not required to purchase insurance coverage on your rental units. We HIGHLY recommend it as the storage facility is not responsible for any damage or loss of goods. The facility only insures the units themselves and NOT the belongings stored inside.

We have multiple options for paying your bill: Automatic credit or debit cards, cash, e-checks or personal checks. Online payment and auto payments eliminate the need to make a trip to the rental office. You can always call and make payments over the phone well!
